Acai Very Berry Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (3.5 oz/100 g) frozen Acai berry purée, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups each strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • 1 cup ice cubes 

Topping:

  • 1 cup Sweet Home Farm® French Vanilla Granola 
  • ¼ cup each blueberries and blackberries
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries 
  • ¼ cup sliced natural almonds
  • 4 tsp black chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In blender, combine acai berry purée, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, almond milk and honey; purée until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes; purée until smooth.
  3. Divide evenly among 4 bowls.
  4. Top with granola, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, almonds and chia seeds.
